Gastery is a food-tech start-up designed to automate interaction of restaurants and their visitors. Our service is based on the geolocation, blockchain system, smart contract technologies, and use of QR codes. The purpose of this project in the HoReCa industry is to improve quality and speed of waitressing on the one hand and to raise the income of catering facilities on the other hand. HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), or the hospitality industry, is the most profitable and fast developing field of modern economics.
The HoReCa global market is highly intensive with regard to the key market parameters: capital, management, marketing, and personnel, which greatly increases the level of competition and impedes appearing of new market players.
Mobile Solution –
The Gastery mobile application for iOS and Android, and a web application accessible from any browser are developed. The application has functional units like E-Menu which includes images of dishes grouped by categories. The comments and reviews of the applications of the Gastery application, guests of a restaurant able to leave their feedback in a form of WTR tokens. It can be for each menu item and for a restaurant.
The marketing and analytics of the contents allow Gastery and the restaurants to contact with the audience, a restaurant keeper will easily get information about a catering facility. The loyalty system is implemented within the application. Users will get local points for all purchases in the application. Points are given for guest reviews and grades they give.
Advantages of Gastery –

Some of the advantages of the Gastery include the attraction of catering facilities, direct sales, the attraction of users and the referral system. On the basis of the development dynamics, the number of clients and the number of competitors, it can be concluded that there is obvious demand for the offered product on the market. But all companies, except for UDS Game, do not promote their applications to end users but only work with restaurants. Therefore growth of companies slows down a year after the launch which disappoints restaurants. As for UDS Game, the number of users is fairly large but it is achieved through the partnership program with the participation of a great many people. A great number of users are partners who are not interested in the intended use of the service. They only need it to sell licenses for enabling the service. Thus, taking into account the estimated investments, their investments for the promotion of the application to users and creating a market for the application among restaurants, Gastery anticipates to enter the market quite fast and to compete with the existing systems.

1-3. Investors purchase WTR tokens during ICO
4. Restaurants are paying commission fee for using Gastery app.
5. Investors sell token on the local exchange.
6-7. For sign up, friend invitation, making an order and leaving a reviews users will be awarded WTR-tokens
8. Tokens for users' awards will be bought back from investors according to the market price.
9. Purchased tokens are transferred to user's wallet
10-11. When user spends tokens, they are listed on the local exchange, where Gastery or traders will be able to purchase them.
12. Restaurant will get fiat money if the order would be paid with WTR. Or user can just convert WTR-token into fiat money
